With a primary ensuite, a second bedroom, a full hallway bath, and a high-quality sofa sleeper, this sought after vacation rental comfortably sleeps 6. Each bedroom has a queen bed and Smart TV. Relax on the spacious back patio with a picnic table and Gas BBQ, or in the 6 person hot tub located in a private front courtyard. Washer and Dryer located in 1 car garage. You enter the home by going up steps to the left of the driveway to the entry door. Upon entry, you find yourself in a hallway. On your right is the Master Bedroom, with Queen size bed, smart TV, and Master Bathroom with a combo tub/shower.
On your left is the second Bedroom with Queen size bed and smart TV. Continuing along, you come to the second Bathroom with shower on the left. Continuing up a few steps in the hallway you come to the living level of the home. To your right is a very large, fully equipped kitchen. Complete with a large dining area and the spacious living room with music center, smart TV and fireplace. Door from dining room area leads out to patio with wood table and chairs. Also equipped with Gas BBQ. Patio area and windows along dining room area and living room provide wonderful Golf Course and water views.

Nice views of the ocean to the left. Somewhat obstructed view of golf course due to large mounds blocking it. The house was very clean, open, bright and airy. Large, nice kitchen. However, the garage door leading from house into garage in entry way was very difficult to close due to loose hinge on door frame. Lastly, very, very steep driveway which scapes the bottom of car. Beware of that. Overall nice stay.

The house was not clean. The kitchen cabinets were sticky and greasy. There was hardened food on the “clean” dishes in the cabinets. All the glasses had to be washed. Not an ideal vacation when you are rewashing dishes. There was a lot of rust inside the freezer. They need new kitchen appliances.

We had a great time staying at the property for most of a week. It was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Great views. Good kitchen for cooking too. We brought our small dog and I was very happy to see that you could not tell that pets are allowed there, meaning no signs of dog hair or worn furniture.

We we came here to spend our honeymoon with our fur baby, and it was a great stay. The view was amazing, the house was laid out perfectly. The only issue we had was the hot tub Had bugs in the water and the water was not clear so we just didn’t use it. Close to town and all the amenities will be back for sure. Thank you.
